Kayaking In Ecuador

Warm plentiful rivers, lush jungle landscape, joyful people-what more could you ask for in a winter kayaking destination. Ecuador is quickly becoming a hot spot for travelling kayakers. The weather is beautiful and the kayaking is amoung the best on the planet, a natural choice for our company Endless Adventure to expand into the international scene.
For the past two seasons Endless Advennture International has been offering all inclusive kayak tours in the Quijos and Napo valley in Ecuador. Our operation is based out of a quant town called San Francisco de Borja, bordered by the Quijos river and the towns of Baeza and El Chaco. The Quijos river offers more than 80 kilometers of class 3-5 continuous whitewater. EAI also travels to Tena for the tropical jungle rivers of the Napo valley. With a totally different climate to Borja, Tena hosts some of the countries classic whitewater rivers including the Missualli, Jondachi, and Hollin. So far, EAI has hosted three 9 day all inclusive kayaking trips with focus on skills ranging from class 2+-5. We have two more trips in January and Febuary and are pleased to announce 2007/08 World Champion kayak, Ruth Gordon as our guest guide this year. For more information please visit

During the rest of my time in Counrty I will be writing a series of blogs based on my adventures kayaking the rivers and surfing the beaches of this amazing country.

See you on the Water!
