Well it is that time of year again-I am heading off to Ecuador for another season of hosting all inclusive kayak tours. Our British Columbia operations are put on hold for the winter months leaving the snow behind and experiencing the magical whitewater and vibrant culture of Ecuador. I can almost taste the fresh fruit and smell the tropical air thinking about it. Ecuador is in my opinion the best winter getaway for whitewater thirsty paddlers especially if you want the most bang for your buck so to speak.
